I absolutely loved it and the amount I spent. After a month and a half it started making horrible noises so I stopped using it and called the company. Customer service was very good but not very helpful. To guarantee the car they wanted me to send it to them (with postage paid) along with the paper they emailed me. On paper they asked for a credit card number and agreement to charge my card for return shipping and any issues they found that were not covered under warranty. For me it was a big failure. If they had just asked for a phone number or email address to contact me during the repair without asking for my card information first, I would have been much more willing to pay for the shipment. I was also put off by the thought of paying for round trip shipping when their product stopped working. Instead, I just saved some money and bought an iRobot.
