SanDisk has won my heart at number one when it comes to compact flash cards for my camera. I recently bought 3 of these 4GB Ultra II cards for a trip to the Netherlands and each worked flawlessly. Yes, there are faster cards (Extreme III and IV), but unless you're pushing your camera to the max - continuously recording sports games, for example - these little ones will handle whatever they can. I've never had a crash with SanDisk CF cards and have 8 of them in the 128MB, 256, 512, 1GB, 2GB and 4GB ranges (purchased as technology and capacity advancements). In Europe I shot in RAW all the time. format and never got hiccups from any of them. Their price is so cheap that it's worth buying a few more than you might need just to give you some wiggle room for long shoots. Highly recommended.
