I have had great success with this product, because it covers all aspects of our business- from sales to customer service to marketing! The staff at NEW HORIZONS has been nothing but helpful when we've needed help in any way possible!! They are not only professional & knowledgeable they also care about you as their client. If your considering using new horizons for support look no further than them! We love how well organized everything seems within each area that needs attention. It makes life easier having one place where i can easily see what's going next so there aren't multiple emails being sent around trying figure out who was supposed to do/see something etc.. And lastly its easy access throughout my email account which allows me quick response time if need be (which often happens!).
