The general sound quality is pretty good and the active noise cancellation is pretty decent (used in a pair of first-gen Surface headphones). I have a few issues that basically render them unusable while charging and I forgot to charge them until they dropped to 20% a couple of times. At 20%, the Bluetooth connection starts to drop from the microphone connection, making them unsuitable for meetings. You *can* switch to a wired connection, but (A) as far as I can tell, the audio jack doesn't have a mic jack, and (2) when trying to charge through the audio jack, at least for listening to things, there's some feedback. I suppose I can at least switch to wired mode to listen to music while I work, but that means it won't charge and I can't hold meetings until it's charged. So. While they work great when they have the power, I would have to give them a low score for actual usability for work purposes.
