I bought this to use once a week to keep my hair from turning yellow. It worked well but really needed twice a week. It's not as deep purple as some I've tried. That's conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised by this, although my normal conditioner has more care and I expected more from a care mask. However, it was a conditioner and many purple hair products are very drying. I have MANY allergies - one is a mix of 2 fragrances and others are natural ingredients like lavender and mint (as well as many more). It's very difficult to find a product that I can use. It was less of a nuisance and less strong odor than many. Unfortunately, it still bothered me. I'm still looking for a fragrance-free purple shampoo, conditioner or mask that doesn't contain scents or flowers like lavender.
