First of all I have to admit that this company uses a lot of cardboard to create an environmentally friendly image. The hard plastic bottle is packed in a thick cardboard box. On the plus side, this is a very protective and beautiful box. I agree; just something I thought should be mentioned. The bottle cap opens in a small hole in the middle. As I turned it over to get my hands on something, I tried to squeeze the bottle a little to squeeze out some of the detergent. That's when I realized the bottle was made of hard plastic and squeezing wouldn't do anything. Good. You just have to let it flow from within and it won't end anytime soon. That's probably good because you're not using too much. You don't even need that much. Just a little getting used to. The gel-like liquid is pearl gray in color but forms a white foam. You only need a little because it makes a big difference. My face felt really clean and good without removing too many oils. You can see from their marketing that this is for younger skin and skin issues that younger people have. To this day, I still suffer from some of these issues occasionally, so I can really appreciate a good, gentle cleanser for this skin type. This is especially good for me after having to wear a mask all day that causes skin problems. It also moisturizes a little without adding too much. Very good balance. This product may be made for young people, but even this vintage lady loves this product very much and recommends it for all skin types, especially if you have trouble wearing a mask.
