Good image quality. Night vision deteriorates and lines appear; not very good IR The motion detector is very spotty. Recoding sometimes crashes, doesn't recognize the memory card and asks to reformat etc. If you only need a camera for viewing, this is a regular camera with good daylight resolution. If you need good night vision, motion detection and recording, this is not the product. Pay more for a camera that does these things better. If not, then you will be disappointed with this camera.
