Review on 💨 Holmes White Convertible Desk and Clip Fan, Model HCF0611A-WM by Kimberly Bryant

This is a good little fan if like me you prefer to have the fan on while you sleep. It's usually quiet so you can hear it, but it does add some white noise that I need when I'm sleeping. I mounted it on my bedside table so it's only a few feet from my head. I love that it can be tilted up and down and rotated left or right - I rotate it away from me when I'm cold and rotate it to blow on me when I'm hot. It offers more control than the tower fan I used by the bed because since it's mounted on the bedside table within easy reach I can point it exactly where I want. The only thing I don't like is the coiled cord - I would have preferred a flat cord. The cord is very loose, but the spiral design makes it difficult to tuck away neatly, and I got stuck with it dangling from the bedside table. Not sure what the bulky coiled cord is for here - you really don't want to pull the cord out of the spool because the clip could come loose. I've found the fan clip to slowly slide off my desk after fiddling with the cable too much. A longer flat cable would have been much better.
