The techs at CAC have been extremely professional in everything they do with my computers/ networks & workstations as well. I enjoy talking directly w them via text messaging whenever we feel necessary during their shifts! Sometimes there is only enough computer time for 1 person (sometimes 2 or more) per day but that doesn't really bother me because of how fast things get fixed by other members of staff who aren’t always available due to schedule conflicts etc. It can be hard trying not find someone immediately if something needs attention after hours or days since last visit especially considering holidays / weekends! Also having access from anywhere helps immensely while working away too which makes life easier overall :) Would recommend any size business no matter what industry- computers are critical so being able to communicate effectively remotely without hassle would definitely help run smoother operations regardless location!! I like that they have an immediate response time for their customer service department. It is easy to reach them via phone or email if needed as well. The only thing I would say would be improve the price range of their services in order to get more customers using them. Their prices are very expensive compared to other computer repair companies out there. We use them because we trust them with our computers/networks. They fix any problems that arise while working at home.
