So this is a sad review for me because this product initially worked like a charm and fixed the missing video signal on our BMW 3 series secondary rear camera, but unfortunately after just 4 days it stopped working, and the video signal did not return consistently returns to the state it was in before the part was installed. We paid a professional mechanic to do a good job of soldering the wires and sealing them in a rubber sleeve, so the job was very neat and cost us another $220 for quality work. Now it was free and we have to pay to have it removed. The filter is very cheap yet suitable for high end cars, so we really believe this product should be made to much higher quality standards, even if it costs 4 times as much we would happily pay for a higher quality product. The cheap plastic case and the worst ABS chip we've ever seen. I wish someone would make a better version of this.
