Hard but expensive - for speed and agility training
Ball itself is hard, a good size (not too small) and bounces well. $9 for a ball is too expensive considering that money can buy 12-15 tennis balls or a soccer ball. It's a bit big (and heavy) for small kids, so I recommend it for adults or late teens.
