The company has used cheap materials in this product. They used plastic parts instead of metal parts. The boxes are made of pressed wood. I would be surprised if they last longer than 2 years. This is a filing cabinet that stores heavy files when full. If you pull the drawers out and push them in with all those folders, the drawers will fall apart. The holes in one of the boxes were drilled more than expected. I had to buy extra bolts and washers because the ones in the kit didn't work due to the large holes. In the case of incorrectly drilled parts, the quality control must be poor.
