First time. The best customer service I've seen in years! The kit is amazing. I am blown away by the design, the well thought out light placement and wiring. I had the same wonderful experience with the Downtown Diner lighting kit. When looking at other lighting kits, I noticed that they photoshop lighting effects on still images (which usually makes me hesitant to buy when I see things like this). I've posted a photo of my build with the Brick Loot kit installed to show. You get what you pay for! I will use Brick Loot to light up the remaining 8 modular buildings.
