The customer service is top notch! I am always treated with respect when dealing within their office or online chat system. It's clear they are passionate about what it takes for them (their customers) in order to keep your personal data secure from prying eyes that could potentially be harmful towards you as an individual/business owner. Their rates seem high compared some of my other competitors but this may just reflect market trends at present time? We have been using Shredd Nation since we started our business over 5 years ago now so cannot comment directly regarding any change recently however would imagine there has not changed much considering how long its existed already - if anything perhaps better than before maybe due to awareness raising campaigns etc.?
