I've been looking for a safer alternative to steel bristles and here it is. Very very well done, the seasons scratch perfectly when cleaning BUT asking for reassurance is few options. Doesn't clean rusts up close as well as a steel bristle brush and doesn't remove stubborn stains at all. I have to go back to my old mop to get them completely clean, but afterwards this brush keeps them clean and perfectly seasoned. If you buy you will still need another cleaner to get rid of all the dirt but the customer service has been top notch and even offered to replace it but I chose to keep it for my original reasons. The salespeople were just outstanding. All in all, great brush, great quality, but Palmyra bristles don't clean as well as steel, but I'll skip that for safety and just take the extra step to finish cleaning. Happy with everything and again I have bought several items from this seller and each time they are great.
