What I don't like about this product is the size difference. The first pair was very sloppy around my ankle so I wore earplugs underneath and the second pair was very tight around my instep but supported my ankles well. What I like is that they protect my toes when kicking bob or a heavy sack. (not for fights) The first pair wore out after about a hundred sessions. The stitching near the ball of the foot is unraveling and falling apart. The second pair wears much better because I applied some Body Glidon to the seam to reduce chafing.
