What I liked about this pillow: 1. You can take off the head and replace it with your own pillow.2. There is a gap with no pillow for hands to rest. I find traditional pregnancy pillows very uncomfortable because my arms feel pinched. Soft cover 4. Removable memory foam to adjust to your comfort.5. Fabric that holds both sides of the pillows together so they don't separate if you toss and turn all night. Cons: 1. Cheap high density memory foam. I would pay more for better quality shredded memory foam that conforms to the shape of your body. This foam resembles stone.2. The fabric holding the pillows together is a great idea, but it just stretched after the first night. After a few nights it was useless.3. The body pillows are not long enough. I'm 5ft 3cm and they barely reach my knees. There should also be a pillow between the ankles. I had high hopes for this pillow and hope they revisit to make a higher quality product.
