The clock is very pretty, the numbers and hands glow in the dark and I already have a Philip Stein sleep clock and it really helps so I thought it would be a good option for the day. It helps keep you in a happier mood, maybe mind matters more than matter, but it seems to help me. I don't wear it every day, but when I do, the day seems to get better.
