Review on Inspectlet by Paul Rosemark

The software is easy to use, it has an intuitive interface that allows me to quickly set up my session recordings for each of our clients websites I manage. It's also very flexible in terms of what you can do once your sessions are recorded - allowing us to view them at different timescales (from seconds via minutes). So far we have found no issues using this product but if there were any then they would be easily resolved by contacting support directly as they respond extremely fast when contacted! We're solving problems such as understanding how users navigate our client sites so we can make improvements where needed.
