My Favorite Lip Balm

If your lips are chapped, this will work. You will immediately feel a tingling sensation. I would not advise children under 12 because they think it will "burn". It's too strong for her. But for adults, this is my approach. I feel immediate lasting results. You apply a thin layer. It's not waxy like lip balm.
