That.interesting. 1. When you open the package, you also need to cut off the top of the leg cuff! Make sure you have good scissors. 2. Be sure to do it on a towel. It's a bit dirty. I sat on a chair with a thick towel under my feet. 3. It's so strange. It's SUPER COLD on your feet which would be nice if it was summer. But here is winter. Definitely a weird feeling. 4. Your feet will be sooooo cold afterwards. I can't explain it, but you'll know if you try.
