Review on Xlear Toothpaste: Sugar 🌱 and Fluoride-Free Oral Care Solution by Katrina Dorsey

This is a great fluoride free toothpaste with the added benefit of xylitol. It cleans our teeth excellently and leaves a mint-fresh breath. Enough silica to gently clean your teeth, leaving them clean and shiny. Reasons for Only 4 Stars: Although it is suitable for children as it does not contain fluoride, there are still a few non-natural ingredients that are not safe to ingest. Also, mint is so powerful that my youngest children (3 and 6) cry every time I put it on my teeth. The above non-natural ingredients are enough to irritate my mouth from it so far. At first I thought it was just Sodium Lauryl Sulfate in other toothpastes, but it should be in other toothpastes as well. The skin around the entire mouth turns red and the inside of the cheeks peels off after each brushing. Squigle Enamel Saver Toothpaste - 1 tube is the only one I can use. We will continue to use this toothpaste for my husband and older children, and over time the younger ones will be able to "switch" to it too.
