I am so happy with my purchase that I just placed a 2nd order! The quality is great.not too thin, not too thick and the elastic is very comfortable. I hate tight and/or binding clothing of any type but these are super comfortable and wash up really well.I am 5'7", approximately 165lbs and in my 60s. I used the size chart provided and purchased the 2XL and they are a perfect fit for me. I hate admitting that I'm a 2XL, but if I can help another shopper who is similar to me in size, height and fit preference make a better decision, it is worth revealing that I'm a little chunky!
