Removes rust and does not mix with car paint

I applied this product to my car which had light to moderate rust on the hood hinge. I was surprised that he removed most of it by the 30 minute mark and didn't damage the paint at all. I took it off and applied a final coat to leave it there for 24 hours. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it even if you don't have rust issues. This material will come in handy at some point. Just remember to wrap it in plastic wrap (food wrap). Otherwise it will dry up and not work. Catching rust before it consumes all your metal is very important.
