UPDATE: I decided to give it another try after unplugging the dock and ordering a new cable for one of my monitors. New VGA to HDMI cable instead of VGA to HDMI adapter originally used. With the new cable, I was able to run both monitors successfully! I've been using the dock for a few weeks now since my first review and it's working great. I noticed a delay in my computer detecting monitors after I connected everything, but I'm very glad I finally connected 2 external monitors to my work laptop. I upgraded my rating from 1 to 4 stars because I was able to get both monitors working and because the company offered refunds 3 times after I posted my original review. I didn't accept their refund, but I'm grateful they made enough effort to offer an option outside of my Revain return window. They wanted feedback on my setup so they could investigate further. They didn't ask me to change my rating and I honestly wouldn't change it unless I set it up to work with the new cable. I still have 1 star because of the tricky nature and lag times and because my Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard combo didn't work through the dock. FIRST REVIEW: I use a Lenovo T14 Thinkpad laptop for work. I bought this dock primarily for the VGA port as my laptop doesn't have one and wanted to connect an external monitor. I have a second external monitor that I wanted to connect to the HDMI port. Unfortunately the links don't work. The VGA port worked twice but refused to work most of the time. I even tried restarting my laptop and disconnecting the dock but it still didn't work. My HDMI port doesn't work at all, but I think it's because of the VGA to HDMI adapter, which also doesn't work when plugged directly into my laptop. So I can't blame the docking station alone. The dock also doesn't work with my Logitech wireless USB mouse/keyboard. According to the laptop, the device was not recognized. In short, this dock is useless to me because it doesn't work. The only thing it successfully does is charge my laptop, which I can do with the power cord that came with the laptop! I only bought this dock 4 months ago but haven't used it to date. Unfortunately I missed the return window. But hopefully I can spare someone else the frustration I experienced with this product!
