The rack comes in two separate boxes. I was only delivered box B which confused me, I waited a couple days while trying to track down box A through FedEx. FedEx customer service sucks so I contacted H&L Direct through Walmart and within a day their customer support got to the bottom of it and found out that FedEx lost my box A. H&L Direct sent me out another box A without hesitation, gave me a tracking number, and it was at my house in 3 days. It was a relief to have great customer service since you never know what you’re gonna get these days. As for the rack itself, it’s very sturdy and solid, the paint is nice, and the hardware that comes with it is solid and not cheap feeling. It holds 300 pounds with no doubt and the pulley system is smooth and trustworthy. I will be buying the rest of my gym equipment here.
