I used this external SSD for work. I work a lot with graphic design software, mainly Adobe Creative Suite, which requires some processing power on the hard drive. With this portable SSD, I can greatly reduce the time it takes to open, process and save large files. This meets my expectations. A very good upgrade from a hard drive. PLUS it's lightweight so it doesn't add to the weight of my bag, which is a big deal when I need to carry around multiple portable drives for work. If you need a quality drive to back up once and quickly restore later with a good life expectancy, this is great. However, for the price, it's pretty impressive. However, it is comparable to similar discs and of good quality.”
