i don't want to give a negative review because it's almost what i was looking for, it's cute, it's comfortable but oh my god SMELL. Is it clearly an unnatural and VERY sweet flavor that I think strawberry shortcake is supposed to have? Unfortunately, since it's so close to me, I don't think I can use it for an extended period of time without triggering a migraine. I can only hope that the smell will dissipate over time. Edit: I've tried spraying this thing with fabric freshener, I've tried leaving it next to burning incense, I've tried putting some perfume on it. anything to mask the smell. it did not work. So I washed it with detergent and warm water. slightly squeezing out water without even squeezing it tore it in several places. after complete drying, the odor decreased only very slightly. I left it in the baking soda overnight and then vacuumed off the excess baking soda. and although it's much weaker than it was, IT STILL SMELL. So while I originally gave a mediocre review - between smell, durability and a relatively high price for such a low quality product - I realize my initial review was too lenient.
