I've needed a new toaster for a long time and I'm glad I got this one. The toaster is very easy to use, everything is labeled so if you need to reheat or defrost something it has its own buttons for that. I used the defrost function and it works very well. I used frozen toast and they came out very fresh and warm. I really like that there are buttons for different temperatures, it has 6 buttons so depending on how roasted you like the food you should set that number. It's really easy to use and set up was very easy, just plug it in and set the temperature to your liking. Another thing I really like about this toaster is that it's easy to clean, you can just wipe it down with warm water and the toaster looks great. There's also a removable tray that catches crumbs. I just take it out, throw away the crumbs and put it back in. The stainless steel on the sides really shines and looks great on the countertop.
