Was in the market for a new tab. This one seemed pretty decent. 3GB RAM, 2.4 & 5Ghz WiFi, Android 10 etc. But I was disappointed when I opened the box to see that my new tab had the box seals cut off and to my dismay there were fingerprints all over it the screen . Obviously it has been used or returned. And during a global pandemic, the last thing I want to see is fingerprints on an item that should be sealed and new. Second question. As another reviewer said. Once the screen goes to sleep, it's almost impossible to wake it up and display anything on the screen. You must either spam the power button 100 times or hold down the power button and perform a hard reset. A very annoying problem, to say the least. In the end I got a refund. But Revain's customer service was very unhelpful and they made it clear they didn't care.
