Almost, but not quite

I really like this sling but it had two issues that forced me to return it. Although the floor is said to be a plank, it is not rigid. I put my dog in a sling (10lb Chi-Mix) and he immediately folded in half. The second issue is the size of the pockets, they were too small for my phone (two buttoned pockets, couldn't snap when phone was in pocket, and when I leaned forward my phone fell out). I didn't notice the zippered pocket on the strap, nor am I sure my phone will fit in it.
