I plugged it in, turned it on, and tried to apply throttle, the motor did not spin and I then heard a popping noise and saw smoke coming from the display. After, the screen shut down and would not come back on. I tried to return the item and was told I had to pay for shipping and would rather just not go through the trouble. Really sucks, I’ve been trying to get my scooter up and running again for a while.UPDATE: I’ve been in contact with customer service and they were really helpful and friendly. They were able to send a replacement. I had already ordered a new one at that point, but they refunded me for the one that malfunctioned essentially exchanging them for me. I’ve changed my review to reflect that! Will be adding a second update once the new one arrives.UPDATE #2: After having the throttle on for two days the scooter started showing the same error again. Ive given up on it
