The backlight is much brighter than expected
, provided the design and functionality are right. The reading light is excellent. However, the backlight is VERY bright and doesn't glow at all on warm tones. It definitely cannot be used as a night light because it is too bright. I can buy some gels to dim the light a bit. Otherwise an excellent product.
- Multipurpose lighting: 3w spot is great for bedroom reading, 6w backlight is a good night light AND they are controlled separately by two switches. This applies to bedrooms, living rooms, children's rooms, hotel restaurants, motels, motorhome exhibition
