Beautiful colors just an odd fit

This is a perfect summer or party dress! It’s super fun and colorful. My daughter has won it once. I washed it and had her init today for the 2nd time and it definitely looks”worn” now. Not the color but it’s more the neck line and arm holes look worn out. it’s pretty just not sure about the quality.
