Great cage, tough to assemble

I have a green cheek conure who has been needing a larger cage for a while. This was a really good deal for such a large enclosure! It's accurate to the listed measurements, seems stable, and made of pretty good quality metal. It was a bit tough to get assembled because the directions aren't great. It never says what screws to use where, and the parts aren't super easy to identify.I was really worried when it arrived because one of the boxes was ripped open and parts were sticking out, but everything was in there and nothing was broken. A couple of bent pieces, but nothing that couldn't be straightened out pretty easily. We only have one bird right now so we're not using the divider. The extra ramps and platforms that come with the cage act as a perfect cover for the slight gap this leaves between the two sides of the cage. I don't worry about our bird getting out, but the gap is big enough for a cat arm to get through for sure and we have a new kitten.Overall, if you're on the fence, I'd say get it if you have a chunk of time available for assembly. This is a seriously good deal on a cage this large.
