As a warning I have never used any other beard oil before purchasing this oil. I have been using this oil for almost two weeks now. I've been growing my beard for about 6 weeks now and wanted some oil to soften my beard and moisturize my skin. I was a little confused by the smell after reading some of the reviews. However, my experience was very positive. I use 2 or 3 pumps (on rare occasions I use a 4th) and rub it very well into my beard and mustache. I smell the oil for the first 5 or 10 minutes after using it, but rarely after. I smelled really nice for the first few days of using the oil (it does smell a bit like Christmas), but I've hardly noticed it since. I have heard no complaints from friends or relatives that the smell was repulsive. The oil is quite light and seems to "soak up" into my beard (not sure if it actually absorbs or just stays close to my skin). . I haven't had a problem with a greasy beard or oil stains on my clothes. I wear collared shirts to work every day, including white shirts, and haven't noticed any problems.
