Review on Z Ink Replacement PGI 270XL CLI 271XL by Jamie Sorenson

I've been watching these EZ Inks compatible Canon cartridges for years as they are clearly cheaper than the overpriced Canon branded replacement inks but I was hesitant because of - for actual compatibility. In the past I've seen some other reviewers say their printers don't accept regular cartridges so I kept pumping money for a well known brand. If I did that I would save hundreds of dollars. The box arrived with ink cartridges neatly placed and individually wrapped. Replacing the cartridges was easy and required the same steps as the Canon brand. After my printer confirmed compatibility, I immediately printed out various ink info pages to make sure all the inks worked well, and they did. The colors were bright, beautiful, and saturated, as were black and white. I am very happy with this purchase and will never use Canon brand ink again! Thank you EZ Inks! ;-) For reference and to help other customers with the same problems I've attached some photos and some tips... BTW... I can only check the compatibility for Canon Pixma TS9020 printer replacement with the following ink cartridges: Canon 271XL Cyan , Magenta, Yellow, Black and 270XL PGBK (NOT Canon 271XL "GRAY") In the second photo you can see the printer with "solid" red lights confirming that all EZ inks are 100% full and compatible. If they were not compatible or not 100% complete, the red lights would flash. On the 3rd photo we have further confirmation from the printer that all cartridges are compatible and 100% filled with ink color bars. .Tips. I would recommend replacing all original Canon color cartridges as well as BLK and PGBK cartridges with new EZ inks at the same time. Other customers may have encountered problems because they may have left multiple partially empty genuine Canon cartridges in the printer and only replaced a new EZ Ink cartridge. …However, I replaced the gray cartridge with an original Canon 271XL gray cartridge, but I did so at the same time as replacing all the EZ inks (as you can see in the photo). I hope this long (LOL) review helps others. Save some money there, just like me! :-)
