The user interface feels like an app you would download to a smart phone, which allows for seamless integration with other services we use throughout our business (e.g., HubSpot). I think what makes this software unique from its competitors in the market space is how it can be customized by users who are highly familiar with their own processes, as well as those they work closely with day-to-day at headquarters/client sites - whether or not these individuals have any experience working within the fleet management arena. It's more of a "build" versus buy type solution due to all components being web-based instead of just one tool having native mobile applications available. We're able to track vehicles much easier than before when using separate tools, but we still had some issues getting data into the system quickly enough during peak hours between 9 am-5 pm ET daily; however, once integrated everything has been smooth sailing ever since!
