I have weak muscles due to polio so for those with extreme weakness in holding heavy objects this product may be too heavy for shoulder/back use. If you are of normal strength then I think this is a great item and I love that it comes with its own case. I love the color choice but I don't think it's fair because pink is $10 more. Tips are easy to install, a little harder to remove, I think I could use pliers. The instructions are clear and it's great that it's portable. If you are looking for a portable, powerful, and adjustable machine, this is a good option for less than $100 with a case.
