just received The product seems weak. Turning on the switch rattles and wobbles, and it feels like the plastic case is falling apart on one side of the device. I keep the box and its contents. most likely it will have to be sent back and replaced, not very well done! poor processing quality! I know most infusions are $100+ which is only $30 but after reading the fact that it got 5 stars on Amazon I thought it would be a great product. will only show. Just because it gets 41/2 or 5 stars doesn't mean it's a good buy! Attention buyers!
