Described as advertised, they roll well even on my carpet (very low pile carpet). I used these casters to replace the legs that were on the ottoman for storage. Now if I need to move an ottoman with pounds of stuff I don't have to lift it, just roll it to the side. For those of you who don't know what size screw you need to replace a screw in a furniture leg with this caster, you might want to make your life easier by purchasing a screw/nut gauge.
