Great little hoops for my third holes. I gave 4 stars because it was very difficult to get into. It took patience and a few tries. I have them for the third time. I haven't taken them out since I got them about a month ago (I'm not sure I'll ever be able to put them back in). My sensitive ears didn't bother me at all.
