What’s not to love about these mats with multiple circles?
Of all my silicone baking mats, I like these the most. They are just thick enough to not shift or wrinkle & are a breeze to clean with some soapy water in the sink. To dry, I just layer between dish towels. Furthermore, they are so easy to pipe macarons on because of the multiple circles.
- You can use them for both baking pans and rolling
- The mats may not be suitable for use in the freezer
