I wanted something different and had never done "cat's eye" before and thought it would be great for a change. I love the color and pattern and they are great for fall. I got some nice compliments from them too! (always a bonus) I took off a star because while they are very good, they are very narrow. Perhaps they are more suitable for a child. I'm a small adult (4ft 11in) and within an hour they hurt terribly. I have to keep moving them until I put them on my ears to give my head some rest. Unfortunately, because the frame is plastic, you can't customize it like you would with a metal frame. In addition, they are very beautiful and look more expensive than they really are. :)
