It's BEAUTIFUL. Just beautiful. I still haven't figured out how to connect my headset to it to be honest, but otherwise it's one of the best controllers I've ever used. If you are tired of the soft D-pad, fear not friends, because this time the D-pad is accurate and has good tactile feeling. I'm using this controller on my PC so I'm not sure how it fails on Xboxone, but there are drivers for this thing that need updating. The only time I had connection issues was when the battery was low, but that's to be expected. I've put in many good hours with it too, and so far I haven't noticed any unusual signs of wear, nothing creaks terribly (knock on wood), and the analog sticks still work perfectly. (None of it moves unless you touch it, problems) And to top it off, pink is perfect for my book. It doesn't look too bright or childishly pink, the buttons were a nice touch too. If I could I would buy all the faded colors. *sigh*
