I'm really happy with these knee compression sleeves. I'm 6'2 and 200lbs with a muscular build and these fit my legs really well. Some reviewers here seem to think that these are supposed to act like support sleeves and stop lateral movement of the knees, but they won't do that because that isn't what compression sleeves are meant for. Compression sleeves are great for squats, deadlifts, running, leg day, etc because they keep some tension around the knee to give it a little bit of extra support and stability and they also keep the muscles around the knee and the knee itself warm so that it stays primed for activity and doesn't cool off in-between exercises. This helps prevent injuries by keeping the knee and surrounding muscles primed and ready to go.These are really well made, give me just the right amount of compression without being restricting, and seem like they should hold up for a long time as the fabric feels high quality and durable. I wear these every time I have my leg day in the gym and definitely notice a difference between using these and not using any compression gear at all. Great price for two as well. Definitely recommend for any gym goer/runner/hiker/etc.
