Review on Sennhesier MX685 Adidas Sports Headphones by Katherine Peterson

I bought these Sennheiser headphones almost a year ago. They are as good today as they were the day they arrived. There are no problems with them at all. Before ordering, I tried the in-ear headphones. I didn't like the ear canal for two reasons: (1) it didn't fit even the smallest tip in my ear, and (2) it isolated me from my surroundings. Isolation is good for music, but not for personal safety. So I went looking for old headphones and found these Sennheiser. I really like her. They are comfortable and, once the extension is properly adjusted, they sit securely in the ear. The sound quality is more than acceptable - remarkable even - for the classical music files on my smartphone. And I can still hear the sounds of the environment around me - for example the sound of cars approaching around the corner when I'm about to cross the street. The only thing I don't like about these headphones is trying to read a tiny black letter L for the left channel and R for the right channel. However, the L has a slight curvature so that it is tactilely recognizable. Also, they only enter the ears in one direction. All in all it was a great purchase.
