Poorly made product + poor customer service
The product worked for about 3 weeks and then stopped working. I asked for a replacement part, but the seller didn't have it in stock. I said I need it by a certain date and was told it would be back in stock by then. When he was supposed to return to camp, the crickets. I had to buy another part and the return period is overdue.
