Not the best bracelets

*UPDATE: The company has contacted me to fix the issue! Thank you to them for taking the time to talk to me and find out what happened to my product! Excellent customer service! I thought it would make a good replacement for the pita vida bracelets but boy am I wrong they didn't even burn the ends to make sure they didn't fall apart. Don't waste money.
