Review on RSVP Cotton Butchers String 185 Feet by Matt Bokil

I can't say I've ever used kitchen silk before so I have no comparison. However, when the recipe called for Chicken Tie a few months ago, I knew I was in for a worthwhile experience after consulting good old Google. (After trying the no-string method, I quickly decided it was time to invest in a rope.) Couldn't find this guy at any store near me and decided to avoid anything that wasn't his intended use in the kitchen mentioned in case of possible fire hazard. Jumped on Prime and ordered enough to last probably a decade. Works perfect!
